The hotel is located in a wonderful area, just a block away from Recoleta Cemetery and amidst the historic and elegant section of BA. The rooms are spacious, equipped with amenities like tea, coffee, mini-bar, and a kettle, although they could benefit from a refresh. The service is exceptional; the staff are friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to provide tips and assistance. The location is superb, close to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, in a safe neighborhood. The dining experience, while decent, could use some improvements in service speed. Overall, the hotel offers a great stay with a few minor areas for enhancement.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a unique layout featuring a balcony, downstairs lounge, and a large bedroom upstairs with fantastic amenities. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more delightful. The location was perfect, right around Recoleta, close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The only slight downside was the dining experience, which, while generous, could benefit from more variety and options for different dietary needs.
